There's always a lot of talk about whether or not god exists. I think it's an irrelevent question. If there truly is a spanless sentient being that exists on a plane beyond our understanding there would be no way to scientifically quantify it, because it would be (duh) beyond our understanding. I think we need to admit to ourselves the ridiculousness of theology, it was only a half effective tool for social control anyway. No, the question is not: Does God exist. The question is do we need a God to exist anymore?
